★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho que decir de la atención y trato prestado por las señoritas de la recepción y cajeras tanto del área de estudios como del área de cirugía. Si pueden decirles a sus oftalmologos si los pueden operar en otro lado tal como medica sur o en el centro oftalmológico Merida hagaaaanlooooo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene estacionamiento. Siempre hay mucha gente y es entendible. Pero las cajeras muy distraídas, les anoté correctamente mis datos y aún asi me generaron mal mi factura.
No olviden su prueba de covid. Lo más importante es el oftalmologo que te opere. En este caso fue el doctor Allan Collura a quien recomiendo ampliamente.
The place has parking. There are always many people and it is understandable. But the cashiers were very distracted, I wrote down my data correctly and even so they generated my invoice wrong.
Don't forget your covid test. The most important thing is the ophthalmologist who operates on you. In this case it was Dr. Allan Collura whom I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des que hable para solicitar costos y cita la que me tendió fue demasiado grosera me dejó esperando en la línea 10 minutos diciendo que iba a checar agenda y hasta que otra persona de recepción tomo la llamada y me atendió de manera amable.
El fin de esto es que la empresa debe poner atención en capacitar a su personal de recepción en la atención al cliente ya que son la primera fase de atención y la primera impresión que los clientes se llevan del lugar. Ya que parece que ellas pagarán el costo de mis estudios o que les estaba pidiendo regalado.

Not happy with the result of the surgery. He operated knowing that I had cataracts on both eyes, I found out not long after, assuring me that PRK would be the best for me but it wasn't, later when went to another eye specialist.
I insisted to get checked up after a month or so, but Dr. Cedillo told me that was unnecessary causing many doubts in my mind because I couldn't see properly, he told me I needed 6 months to a year to recover, but I never had full vision as he said.. I really trusted him and his team letting me operate.
Now, I'm back wearing glasses.
I felt he took advantage of me and my trust, just did it for the money.
On top of all has been a very sleazy man, not professional at all.
