Me piden agendar mi urgencia (infección en trasplante de córnea), para dentro de una semana, "agendar una urgencia" ??♀️.
Pésimo trato al cliente por parte de todo el equipo de secretarias.

They ask me to schedule my emergency (infection in a cornea transplant), within a week, "schedule an emergency" ??♀️.
Terrible customer treatment by the entire secretarial team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los médicos no te atienden a la hora de tu cita, para una cita de las 2 te atienden hasta las 7 y el personal de recepción que no orienta a los visitantes y no se conducen con respeto y contestan de manera sarcástica. No son buenos para decirte una hora aproximada en la que terminarán atendiendo.
Por favor corrijan eso, parece seguro social
Uno va ha atención médica, no para tener este tipo de experiencias innecesarias.
Bad service doctors do not attend you at the time of your appointment, for an appointment of the 2 you attend until 7 and the reception staff that does not guide visitors and do not behave with respect and answer in a sarcastic way. La atención de los médicos y la cirugía con buenos resultados, sin embargo tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad.
Very bad organization for appointments, they schedule them at a time that is not finally respected. Receptionists lack training to reach out to the general public. The care of doctors and surgery with good results, however, have many areas of opportunity.

They don't give complete information, they tell you a price for the surgery and they come up with other prices at the end, so much so that I ended up paying $6,000 more.
