★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente equipo , después de comparar muchos equipos nos decidimos con un Quetzal de Laser mex lo vimos en una Expo y tiene un sistema de corte muy bueno, comprobado que como ningún otro,se conecta en corriente 110v por lo cual no requirió instalación especial lo cual es genial . Estamos muy complacidos
Para nosotros es super importante la calidad del corte y desde que empezamos a verla nos dimos cuenta de esodespues de la expo decidimos ir a las instalaciones y nos atendieron excelente en la oficina de la CDMX y resolvieron todas las dudas, tardamos 2 años en poder adquirirñla pero valió la pena la espera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, aguas con lo que compran porque no tienen servicio post venta de calidad, te van a dejar colgado y no te van a atender y eso es fundamental en este tipo de equipos. Te atienden por correo electrónico y jamas resuelven nada, si intentas que hagan una visita te cobran mas de $5,000.00 y los programas que venden con los equipos solo funcionan un año, eso no te lo dicen al comprar. Ahora me están ofreciendo que compre nuevamente el programa que ya pague al comprar el equipo y solo porque la llave ya caduco, cuando este tipo de llaves solo se tiene que volver a cargar. Es un robo y falta de atención al cliente.
Terrible service, waters with what they buy because they do not have quality after-sales service, they will leave you hanging and they will not attend you and that is essential in this type of equipment. They attend you by email and never solve anything, if you try to make a visit they charge you more than $ 5,000.00 and the programs they sell with the equipment only work for one year, they don't tell you when you buy. Now they are offering me to buy again the program that I already paid when buying the equipment and only because the key has expired, when this type of key only has to be reloaded. It is a robbery and lack of customer service.
