Lashes by Yuri Regalado en Salon Divas - 63732 Bucerías

I just moved here from So Cal and was lucky enough to find this great salon in Bucerías. I have had my nails, toes, hair and eyelashes done there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ever. They are professional but make you feel like family. Don’t take a chance, this is where you want to go.

I went to Salon Divas this January with 5 of my bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done for my wedding. Everything Gina & her stylists did for us was excellent. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Service was fantastic and we were so impressed by everything. I felt like a stunning bride thanks to them!

Abel is great with short haircuts and he did an amazing job with my color!! I've had numerous Mani/pedi's and have been very happy with the results! Very friendly staff - would highly recommend them! They also offer massages which I will treat myself to in the future.

Lovely place. Very diligent and the glass of wine while my pedicure dried was a great touch.

Great service! Their pedicures are the best I've ever had, and I make a point to book an appointment the minute I get to Bucerias. I enjoyed a manicure there last week, with a special "chrome" finish on the gel polish- I was delighted with the results. I've recommended Diva's to many friends, who agree that the salon is fantastic. They are a full service salon, offering hair cuts and styling, coloring, and a range of pedicures and manicures from which to choose, at reasonable prices for the quality of services.

Do not recommend. I tried this place so many times. I really wanted it to work. Initially the scheduling was difficult because in order to book, you have to make a deposit in their bank account which is a bit burdensome especially for a busy working mom such as myself. I told them several times I didn’t have time to make the deposit, and they responded “oh well- no appointment.” Then I finally went back did the whole deposit and splurged on the silk lashes. My expectation with the professionalism that was advertised was that they would be quick, and high-quality. They were neither. They advertise that these lashes last 7 weeks and they barely lasted two. They say it takes 1.5 hours, but it took 2.5 hours. When I came back for the touch up, I only got half an eye after 2 hours. 4 days later, I have no lashes at all on one eye. They said there was a mishap where I rubbed my eye, but Instead of offering to replace the lashes, they said I have to wait for ten days due to a policy and then they will only charge me for a ten-day replacement (so No discount at all.) This place is managed by blanket policies that don’t value the experience of the customer and use literally no judgement in providing you with your moneys worth, or even making a sale. I am still looking for a good lash place in the area, as I live nearby.
