★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad salí muy decepcionada con mis pestañas. Estuve desde la 1PM- 3:45PM. Antes de empezar le enseñe la foto del look que yo quería y salí con algo completamente diferente. Nada que ver una foto con la otra ?. Cuando le pregunté si se podía hacer más Volumen dijo “pues te tendría que quitar ese y empezar de nuevo”. Pero por que si se lo enseñe ANTES de que empezara?
Hubiera mil veces preferido que me dijera que no lo podía hacer y buscar un lugar donde si me pudieran hacer el look que le pedí..
I was really disappointed with my lashes. I was from 1PM- 3:45PM. Before I started, I showed him the photo of the look I wanted and I came out with something completely different. Nothing to see one photo with the other ?. When I asked him if it was possible to do more volume, he said “well, I would have to take that one off and start over”. But why else did I show it to him BEFORE it started?
I would have preferred a thousand times for him to tell me that I couldn't do it and find a place where they could give me the look I asked for...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta que se preocupen por hacer bien su trabajo sin dejar de lado la opinión del cliente, se nota que les interesa dejar satisfecho a la persona quien los visita y tengan ese motivo para regresar. También, son amables, te explican bien tus dudas y es muy sencillo agendar cita sin tanta complicación que se llega a presentar en otros lugares.
I love that they worry about doing their job well without neglecting the customer's opinion, it shows that they are interested in satisfying the person who visits them and having that reason to return. Also, they are friendly, they explain your doubts well and it is very easy to schedule an appointment without so much complication that it occurs in other places.
