★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicidades!! realmente espectacular el servicio de esta aerolínea viajamos a Uruguay en 6 marzo (México-Lima-Montevideo) con regreso a México el 20 de marzo (Montevideo-Santiago-México) por razones conocidas se cerraron las entradas a Santiago y a Lima Latam nos atendio inmediatamente y nos re programaron el regreso Montevideo sao pablo México para esto tendríamos que esperar 27 horas en el aeropuerto de sao pablo en este caso la aerolínea nos consiguió un hotel de primer nivel dentro del aeropuerto donde pernoctamos y nos dieron ademas "SIN NINGÚN CARGO ADICIONAL" tres comidas desayuno almuerzo y cena dentro del hotel. Es admirable que aun dentro de una situación 100% adversa e inusual Latam nos apoyara tan profesionalmente. Realmente Muchas Gracias Demetrio Balao

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no se encuentran en esta dirección las oficinas. Muy complicado contactarse con alguien por teléfono y en la línea telefónica una grabación te dice que todo se hace ahora por WhatsApp y que enviarán el enlace al celular, lo que no ocurre. Parece que no hay punto de venta en CDMX
