★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los administrativos, no tienen ni las mínima sensibilidad con el doliente, a mi hermana le endosaron un servicio y pues lo ocupamos, al momento de pedir factura nos pusieron mil trabas, para expedirla, en verdad no les crean NADA de los que dicen los seudocontadores, en lugar de ser profesionistas parecen lacras, te tratan mal, y harán hasta lo imposible para que desistas con tus tramites, son personas chismosas y carentes de empatía al doliente piden mas requisitos que el Santo Papa para entregarte una simple factura. Mi recomendación si ya tienen contratados los servicios con ellos, prepárate para enfrentarte al personal mas nefasto de esta empresa petulante.
Terrible attention from the administrative staff, they have not even the slightest sensitivity to the bereaved, they endorsed a service for my sister and as we occupy it, at the time of requesting an invoice they put a thousand obstacles on us, to issue it, in truth they do not believe ANYTHING of those who say the pseudo-accountants, instead of being professionals they seem like blunders, they treat you badly, and they will do everything possible to get you to give up your paperwork, they are gossipy people and lacking empathy to the sufferer, they ask for more requirements than the Holy Pope to give you a simple invoice. My recommendation if they already have contracted services with them, get ready to face the most nefarious staff of this petulant company.

No lo recomendaria...a veces por ahorrar sales perdiendo.
A pesar de tener al personal al pendiente del cliente a traves del call center, no sirve de mucho nos tardaron en entregar 26 horas las cenizas y no llegamos a tiempo a la misa. Eso si como el pago tdc estaba en transito y no se habia hecho el cargo para eso si estaban muy al pendiente.

I would not recommend it ... sometimes to save money you lose.
Despite having the staff attentive to the client through the call center, it was not much use, it took us 26 hours to deliver the ashes and we did not arrive at mass on time. That is, since the tdc payment was in transit and the charge had not been made for that if they were very aware.
