Al principio me hablaron de pagar en partes y al final al usar fueron inflexibles y reclamaron el pago en una exhibición ($22,900) se le pidió al personal oportunidad de pagar en dos partes y tajantemente fue NO. Tuvimos que hacer la fosa desde las 11 a.m. hasta las 5 p.m. Pagamos $26, 600 por capilla, café, traslado y carroza, muy caro para tan poco servicio.
A comparación de la funeraria López, se encargaron de guiarnos personalmente hasta el último momento. La funeraria López se encargó de ir al Panteón a buscar el espacio y tenerlo listo. Con un costo de $20,000.
Mucho que desear nos dejaron.
I paid only for the luxury. At first they told me about paying in parts and in the end when using it they were inflexible and demanded payment in an exhibition ($22,900). The staff was asked the opportunity to pay in two parts and it was emphatically NO. We had to make the pit from 11 a.m. until 5 pm. We paid $26,600 for the chapel, coffee, transfer and float, very expensive for such little service.
Compared to the López funeral home, they were in charge of guiding us personally until the last moment. The López funeral home was in charge of going to the Pantheon to look for the space and have it ready. At a cost of $20,000.
They left us with a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 22 de Mayo asistí a un funeral y las instalaciones parecen agradables y limpias , pero hay varias cosas que me gustaría resaltar:
1) no había nadie en la entrada ni gel ni nadie revisaba que trajeras la mascarilla puesta, hay un tapete sanitizante que obvio la gente se salta y el gel estaba en la barra de recepción . O sea tenía uno que entrar a buscar donde estaba, permanecí una hora y en ese lapso entró dos veces su agente de ventas realizando esta acción la segunda vez que entró
1) con la mascarilla puesta empieza a decir si a alguien le interesa adquirir un paquete o algo así del servicio no recuerdo la palabra que uso ,
2) como casi nadie la escucho , se quita el cubrebocas y repite lo mismo
3) como no hubo ningún interesado, ella traía una carpeta y una pluma y empieza a pegar con la pluma en la carpeta para llamar nuestra atención, como si fuera una maestra dentro de un salón de clases .
Me pareció muy imprudente por que obvio estaban los dolientes, el cuerpo presente, y no creo que esas sean las mejores técnicas de ventas. Obvio si hay alguien interesado tomará una tarjetita o llamará posteriormente, pero entrar a un velorio y ver eso, me sentí en el metro con vendedores ambulantes. Creo que esos pequeños detalles de respeto , hacen la diferencia en un lugar como ese . El velorio es un momento sensible, triste, y creo debe ser respetado. Si yo hubiera sido de las dolientes le hubiera pedido que se saliera.
Today May 22 I attended a funeral and the facilities seem nice and clean, but there are several things that I would like to highlight:
1) there was no one at the entrance, no gel, and no one checked to make sure you had your mask on, there is a sanitizing mat that obviously people skip, and the gel was at the reception bar. In other words, one had to go in to find where it was, I stayed an hour and in that time his sales agent came in twice, performing this action the second time he came in.

3) Since no one was interested, she brought a folder and a pen and began to hit the folder with the pen to get our attention, as if she were a teacher in a classroom.
It seemed very imprudent to me because obviously there were the mourners, the body present, and I don't think those are the best sales techniques. Obviously, if someone is interested, they will take a card or call later, but going to a wake and seeing that, I felt like I was on the subway with street vendors. I think that those small details of respect make the difference in a place like that . The wake is a sensitive, sad moment, and I think it should be respected. If I had been one of the mourners, I would have asked him to leave.
