★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio es lindo y para un Airbnb bastante bien, pero hay problemas obvios de temperatura, agua (salió café durante momentos), nos gustó la ubicación.
 The building is nice and for an Airbnb quite good, but there are obvious problems with temperature, water (coffee came out for moments), we liked the location.

A nice place but full of stupid restrictions and fines even for parking badly, that's why I don't recommend it to live or to visit anyone who lives there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo departamento, vivo ahí mismo desde ya más de 1 año… y puedo decir que ha mejorado bastante la administración y el servicio. Antes los vecinos que rentaban no respetaban las reglas y eran fiestas continuas de mucho ruido, era un caos la vigilancia, y mantenimiento. Y ahora que nos juntamos los propietarios, y se hizo la asamblea de condóminos… esto se controlo y ahora uno vive con más calidad, mejor servicio y atención. Lo recomiendo mucho, ya que está en el mejor punto de la ciudad donde queda todo cercas.
I have an apartment, I have lived there for more than 1 year now... and I can say that the administration and service have improved a lot. Before, the neighbors who rented did not respect the rules and there were continuous parties with a lot of noise, surveillance and maintenance was chaotic. And now that the owners got together, and the assembly of condominium owners was held… this was controlled and now one lives with better quality, better service and attention. I highly recommend it, since it is in the best point of the city where everything is nearby.
