★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo cuatro años que llevo mi ropa ahí, no todo ha sido perfecto pero me funcionaba por el tiempo de entrega, pero ahora te tratan depende el humor con el que estén y tienen pésima actitud para dar el servicio. No vuelvo jamás.
 I have been wearing my clothes for four years, not everything has been perfect but it worked for the delivery time, but now they treat you depending on the mood they are in and they have a terrible attitude to give the service. I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez me pusieron un pantalón de más, hoy uno de mis favoritos. Otra vez me robaron 5 camisas de marca, otra vez les dieron mis playeras a alguien más. Sabes lo que dejas pero no sabes que te van a regresar y no se responsabilizan. Una palabra: rateros.
Once they put on my pants, today one of my favorites. Again they stole 5 brand shirts, again they gave my shirts to someone else. You know what you leave but you don't know that they will return to you and they are not responsible. One word: thugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. Far far away. After a pleasant encounter at drop off, we arrived to watch a woman storming out in a huff. We thought that was pretty weird given our earlier experience, then we came in. After being treated somewhat subhumanly by the woman working the counter we returned home to find about half of our clothes ruined as whites had been washed with colors, some had shrunk, etc... It was almost a cartoon of a bad cleaning service. You've been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço. Preferi entregar num dia e buscar no outro, mas se você deixar as roupas pela amanhã, às 17h elas estarão prontas. Estava aberta na quinta-feira da Semana Santa, o que me surpreendeu.
Great service. I dropped off at 10am and got my stuff back the next morning, because I wasn't staying in the neighborhood and preferred to come back the following day. They do the service the same day, if you drop off in the morning (at 5pm your clothes will be ready for pick up). It was open during Semana Santa (not always the case with other laundry services).
