★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo iba bien, pero no tienen control en su entrega, entregaron ropa mía a otras personas y la ropa de otras personas insistían en que era mía.
La atención por parte de la señora es pésima, te reclama y te dice que mejor vayas a otra lavanderia. Muy mal educada. Pedí hablar con el dueño y jamás me pasaron su contacto.
Además qué el dueño nunca está tampoco.
Mala organización, mala atención, mal servicio.
At first everything was fine, but they have no control over their delivery, they gave my clothes to other people and other people's clothes insisted that they were mine.
The attention from the lady is terrible, she complains about you and tells you that you better go to another laundry. Very rude. I asked to speak to the owner and they never gave me their contact.
Besides that the owner is never there either.
Bad organization, bad attention, bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada es una persona arrogante y mal educada; el servicio es de mala calidad. Por varios meses, llevé allí mi ropa de cama y toallas más que nada por su cercanía a mi casa. A pesar de indicarles que usaran cloro en mi ropa blanca, supongo que nunca lo hicieron porque mi ropa siempre tenía un tono gris. Recientemente, mis toallas blancas llegaron con manchas azules. Cuando fui a pedirles que las lavaran de nuevo para desmancharlas, la empleada muy arrogantemente me dijo que no porque ellos nunca mezclaban la ropa blanca con la de color. Es obvio que la dueña del negocio necesita hablar con su empleada para que mejore su actitud y servicio.
The employee is an arrogant and rude person; the service is of poor quality. For several months, I took my bedding and towels there mostly because of its proximity to my home. Despite telling them to use bleach on my white clothes, I guess they never did because my clothes always had a gray hue. Recently my white towels arrived with blue stains on them. When I went to ask them to wash them again to remove stains, the employee very arrogantly said no because they never mixed white clothes with colored clothes. It is obvious that the business owner needs to talk to her employee to improve her attitude and service.
