★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off your normal t-shirts, shorts, undies, etc. everything was folded but all of it smelled weird. at first i thought maybe it was the detergent but it was just funky. i dont know if they weren't all dried before folded and bagged or even washed at all. i won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your laundry done while staying in puerto Vallarta. The women running the place and kind and the prices are low. Bring your stuff in the morning and get it ready by same day in the afternoon all clean and folded!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundry was not done by the agreed upon time (it was not a last minute request - they had 2 days). No notice was given by the laundromat that it wouldn't be complete. We had a bus to catch, so had to take our laundry with us wet as there was no time to get it finished elsewhere.

This place was incredibly expensive, told me to come back next day and when I did told me to come back again the day after without even apology. Many people had the same issue as well. Additionally some items were missing from my basket. Avoid at all costs and just walk a couple of metres further to the next lavandería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went one day with bag of laundry I hauled down the hill lady told me she was to busy and come back tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and I walked down there with the bag once again and was told they are to busy come back tomorrow or next day, lol.
Total waste of time went somewhere a few min away who took the laundry asked if ready tomorrow was good - no issues.
You are either in business to do laundry or your not. Choose one.
