★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mis sábanas y un edredón a lavar y me las regresaron con un olor muy raro y no agradable, no sé si fue el jabón que usaron o simplemente no las secaron bien y las dejaron oliendo a humedad. No soy una persona delicada pero en casa me vi en la necesidad de darles una lavada express para quitarles ese olor. Sé que lo ideal hubiera sido regresarlas y pedir que me las lavaran de nuevo sin costo, sin embargo no tenía tiempo y me urgía quitarles ese olor.
I left my sheets and a duvet to wash and they returned them to me with a very strange and not pleasant smell, I do not know if it was the soap they used or they simply did not dry them well and left them smelling musty. I am not a delicate person but at home I found myself in the need to give them an express wash to remove that smell. I know that the ideal would have been to return them and ask to have them washed again at no cost, however I did not have time and I was urged to remove that smell.

Pierden prendas de ropa (varias veces me tocó escuchar clientes molestos por perdida de sus prendas, ahora me tocó a mí), al comunicarles sobre la falta de prendas son muy groseros, no te hacen caso, te dejan en visto y no hacen nada al respecto ????
Yo cuento mis prendas antes de dejarlas y aún así las pierden y no aceptan que no te están entregando completo. Obviamente no los recomiendo.
Bad service and lousy customer service. They lose clothes (several times I had to hear customers annoyed by losing their clothes, now it was my turn), when communicating about the lack of clothes they are very rude, they ignore you, they leave you in sight and they do nothing when respect ????
I count my clothes before leaving them and even so they lose them and they do not accept that they are not giving you complete. Obviously I don't recommend them.
