★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lavado de la ropa es ok, más el servicio que me dieron esta vez ha sido pésimo, quedaron en una fecha de entrega el viernes 24 de diciembre, a lo cual fallaron, entiendo por las fechas aunque habían quedado ese día a una hra, para que no batallaran les pase una dirección más cercana y tmb a última hra me quedaron mal, hoy 28 de diciembre siguen sin entregarme a pesar de que ya paso el lunes, y hoy martes, lo peor sin avisarme, he tenido que estar mandado mensajes yo para saber de mis cosas , hoy martes espere , y vuelvo a mandar mensaje para ver a q hra me entregarán, me dicen que ya no tienen servicio a domicilio Por donde vivo y que tendría que ser en otro lugar más cercano a ellos .. eso es molesto pues en donde está la seriedad de poner que servicio a domicilio y luego decirme que no, de el tiempo, de estar comunicándome yo para saber sobre mís cosas, el que me digan una cosa y luego otra y sigan sin entregar mis cosas, la verdad eso no es cuidar a los clientes y ofrecer un servicio que dicen ofrecer pero sin hacerlo .
