★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora gorda que atiende tiene una actitud PÉSIMA. Después de 1 año viniendo a esta lavandería, me entero de que los horarios que están pegados, no son los reales, y que también abren los domingos.
El hecho de que este negocio esté ubicado en una zona céntrica, ha generado un nulo interés por parte de quienes atienden, para brindar una buena experiencia al cliente.
Espero que otra empresa, con un mejor servicio los desplace.
The fat lady who attends has a lousy attitude. After 1 year coming to this laundry, I find out that the schedules that are posted are not the real ones, and that they also open on Sundays.
The fact that this business is located in a central area has generated zero interest on the part of those who attend, to provide a good customer experience.
I hope that another company, with a better service, will displace them.
