★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay muy buena atención por parte de su personal, deberían bloquear las máquinas una vez que están trabajando para que por error no se les asigne más saldo por que ni señaléticas de cuál lector es para cada secadora.

There is not very good attention from your staff, they should block the machines once they are working so that by mistake they are not assigned more balance because there is no sign of which reader is for each dryer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Yo uso lavandería hace más de 15 años aquí en Cancún y jamás ninguna me regresó la ropa SIN lavar, húmeda, oliendo mal y machada. Fui muy molesta y la lavaron frente a mis ojos hasta que la desmancharon y quedó bien. Acto seguido, les dí una segunda oportunidad, el resultado es que volvieron a regresarla SUCIA. Jamás regresaré y ojalá no regalen su dinero. Me falta el tiempo para ir a Profeco y demandarlos. No se dejen guíar por cómo luce, es sólo blof.
Terrible service. I have been using laundry for more than 15 years here in Cancun and none of them have ever returned my clothes UNwashed, damp, smelling bad and stained. I was very annoying and they washed it in front of my eyes until it was stained and it was fine. Then, I gave them a second chance, the result is that they returned it DIRTY again. I will never go back and I hope they don't give away their money. I don't have the time to go to Profeco and sue them. Don't be swayed by how it looks, it's just bluff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo uso el servicio de auto lavado, es decir voy y me encargo de mi ropa, no la dejo para que ahí la laven, y todo ha salido perfectamente, por ahí tal vez como mencionan, no caería mal un mejor servicio por parte del personal que si bien no es que no atiendan, a veces dan la sensación de no querer contestar alguna duda o no querer apoyar con la recarga de saldo que aunque lo hacen (porque es su trabajo) uno luego ya lo piensa dos veces en preguntar para evitar esas actitudes.
De ahí fuera es una buena opción para al menos llevar a lavar la ropa por uno mismo que es lo importante.
I use the car wash service, that is, I go and take care of my clothes, I don't leave them to be washed there, and everything has gone perfectly, perhaps as they mention, a better service from the staff would not hurt that although it is not that they do not answer, sometimes they give the feeling of not wanting to answer any questions or not wanting to support with the credit recharge that although they do it (because it is their job) one then thinks twice about asking to avoid those attitudes.
From there it is a good option to at least wash your clothes yourself, which is the important thing.
