★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando se inauguro y semanas después el servicio está muy bueno y las lavadoras así como el sistema de cobro por tarjeta funcionaba bien. Al día de hoy el servicio es pésimo, el personas aparte de no estar capacitado, tiene una pésima actitud. Las lavadoras fallan constantemente al leer la tarjeta. Es una lástima porque la consideraba un buen lugar.
When it opened and weeks later the service is very good and the washing machines as well as the card charging system worked well. Today the service is lousy, people apart from not being trained, have a lousy attitude. Washers constantly fail to read the card. Too bad because I considered it a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio fue bueno, como todo negocio en apertura. El cambio constante de personal y la indiferencia de los empleados para el usuario, deja muchísimo que desear. Están más preocupados por qué musica poner y pegados en el celular todo el tiempo.
At first it was good, like any business in opening. The constant change of personnel and the indifference of the employees for the user, leaves much to be desired. They are more concerned with what music to play and stick on the cell phone all the time.

AT THE BEGINNING IT WAS GOOD BUT WITH SO MUCH ROTATION OF THE STAFF TODAY IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED THE STAFF IS NOT TRAINED VOLUBLE RUDE AND HIGHNIGHTS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE AND IF YOU CLAIM THEM, THEY WILL ONLY TELL YOU WHEN THE MANAGER WHO PRESENTS HIMSELF ARRIVES MY CASE PAYED WITH A CARD AND THEY MADE ME THE CHARGE OF MORE AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THE COMMISSION. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la ropa la dejas para lavar por encargó confiando en que te realizarán el lavado adecuado ya que por los precios tan elevados que tienen esperas lo mejor y solo la meten a enjuagar con agua y ya, cuando saque mi ropa de las bolsas estaba igual a como la lleve y ya anteriormente la había llevado y nada k ver con esta última vez. Creo que fue la última vez que llevo ahí mi ropa porque en verdad fue de lo peor el servicio. No lo recomiendo ?????.
Terrible service, you leave the clothes to be washed by order, trusting that they will do the proper washing for you, because for the high prices they have, you expect the best and they only put them to rinse with water and that's it, when I take my clothes out of the bags it was The same as how I wore it and I had previously worn it and nothing to do with this last time. I think that was the last time I took my clothes there because the service was really the worst. I do not recommend it ?????.
