★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open on Sundays and we were able to wash our clothes the same day for pickup a couple hours later. My Spanish is very poor so it is also helpful they spoke English (I think some other languages too- she asked about French and another I forget). Out clothes came out perfect, colours look great and everything was dried and folded nicely and they didn’t shrink my “handwash only” clothes (a few tshirts). Overall fantastic and would definitely recommend if you need to have some clothes washed while you are in Tulum! Muchos gracias!!!

UPDATE:
We went again and they are definitely still friendly. But we were sad to have found that they had given my husband and I the wrong shirt and undies. We have been travelling for two months so have packed light, now we have even less clothes! Not happy and quite sad because we had high hopes for this little place.
