I have been travelling through Mexico for a few months now and this is sofar the best laundry service. I got everything (no missing sock or underpants) clean and fresh back. They are on time and very friendly.

Always friendly service. This is the only laundry in town that I trust with my clothes. Everything is always fresh and clean and they’ve never shrunk or lost anything. I moved from Xochi but still bring my clothes here because it is worth the walk from Centro.

We got full-service laundry service here 6-7 times over 3 months in Oaxaca. It’s 20 pesos per kilo and costs about 30 pesos for pick-up and delivery. Marcelino was always on time to pick up and deliver our clothes. I don’t think anything was ever stolen/misplaced. The reason I only gave 4/5 stars is because they write your name on EVERY piece of clothing. If it doesn’t have a tag, they’ll write the name (in permanent marker) on the fabric of the item itself. We’ve used other lavanderías all across México and none of them have done this. I wish they would have let us know before the first service that this is how they keep track of laundry. My boyfriend wasn’t too happy to find that all his clothes say my name now. Plus, they don’t always write the name in a discreet spot. For instance, they wrote “Maddie” on the visible portion of a collar of a nice shirt.

Had my clothes done there a little over a week ago. They completely ruined one of my shirts. I thought it was someone else's shirt that they had given me, but the realized they had bleach my yellow top and turned it completely white. No bleach requested! They also wrote my name on each pair of my panties. I was really upset. I wasnt going to write a review even after they destroyed my top that I had to throw away because it was now like a worn out cloth, but today I took my clothes to another place to wash them and realized the writing did not want to come off of my underwear!! WHY are you writing people's name on their underwear? Are you putting them in a collective wash that includes dirty underwear from all your client's? Ugh. Clearly they're not being all washed together based on my ruined top and written on underwear. You ruined my clothes!!!

Very satisfied with the result. We had even toddler clothing and even those things were neat and clean. What i also liked was that the clothes did not smell heavily - not a big fan of those heavily perfumed detergents, The people running the shop were very kind and lovely and I although sceptical in the beginning I would go back here any time without a second thought.
