★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el colmo que hace un mes voy, me hacen un servicio de $130.- llevando más de 9kg pagando una lavadora mediana o grande (no estoy seguro), me entregan secado el mismo día y hoy que fui me quieren cobrar por lo mismos artículos e incluso menos piezas, $95.- por cada prenda (eran 2), que porqué no caben en la lavadora (unos cobertores ligeros) y aparte las toallas que llevaba en otra lavadora y en total son eran 5,200kg.
Deberían de capacitar a su gente para que todos estén enterados de lo mismo y no hacer este tipo de situaciones, pues es incómodo para uno que era un cliente frecuente mover sus tiempos para ir desde su casa para que salgan con que te voy a cobrar más porque no caben cuando ya lo han hecho y qué resulta que no saben porqué no lo hicieron si no se puede.
