★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te prometen una fecha de entrega y no la cumplen, culpan al clima por la entrega tardía. Un duvet que dejé me lo devolvieron después de 20 días mal lavado, con manchas, peor de lo que lo dejé y la encargada es bastante grosera, se te pone al brinco si le reclamas y no sabe escuchar a sus clientes.
Terrible service, they promise you a delivery date and don't meet it, blame the weather for late delivery. A duvet that I left was returned to me after 20 days badly washed, with stains, worse than what I left it and the manager is quite rude, she will jump if you complain and she does not know how to listen to her clients.

Al principio, estaba reacio venir aquí debido por la otra reseña, pero decidí probarlo porque vivo cerca. Estoy agradecido que lo hice. Después de 15 veces nunca me perdieron nada. Son muy amables y estoy muy contento.
I have been a customer of this laundry for more than two months. They cleaned my clothes more than 15 times. It is always well done and well folded. Ironing is an option and also home delivery. At first, I was reluctant to come here because of the other review, but I decided to give it a try because I live nearby. I am grateful that I did it. After 15 times they never lost me anything. They are very friendly and I am very happy.

They never returned it. How can you trust your clothes to a washing place if they can't take care even of the small details?
