SUPER BAD SERVICE I left a dress for dry cleaning and they didn't deliver it to me in the same place, they sent me somewhere else and on another day, there are other places with better prices and more responsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me la entregaron sin avisarme que se rompió, y me contestaron con una actitud muy grosera, me dijeron que yo lo hice al plancharla y así la saqué de la bolsa, que vergüenza. Podrían ser más amables.
They handed it to me without letting me know that it broke, and they answered me with a very rude attitude, they told me that I did it when ironing it and so I took it out of the bag, what a shame. They could be friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me perdieron un pants, estuve esperando respuesta una semana, diario les llamaba y me decían que "iban a pasar el recado y me regresarían la llamada", jamás fue así. Hoy me dijeron que yo fuí la que jamás llevó la prenda. Me proporcionaron "el número de la encargada" y cuando marco me dice que no está disponible o está fuera de servicio. Estoy muy molesta con su servicio, era mi primera vez en ese lugar. ¡¡¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto!!!!
They lost me a pants, I was waiting a week for an answer, every day I called them and they told me that "they were going to pass the message and they would call me back", it was never like that. Today they told me that I was the one who never wore the garment. They gave me "the number of the manager" and when I dial it tells me that it is not available or is out of service. I am very upset with your service, it was my first time in that place. I do not recommend at all!!!!
