★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para pedir el lavado de mi tinaco y cisterna, me dieron un precio. Al rato me piden mi ubicación y dicen que como está muy lejos me van a cobrar más. En primer lugar no respetaron el precio que ellos mismos pusieron, y al decirle esto, se enojó, me cancelo el servicio y me colgó. Todo ocurrió después de 3 horas de haber hecho el pedido del servicio, por qué no me dijeron en el momento para no perder mi tiempo y buscar otra empresa. Les caería bien un curso para controlar la ira y para aprender a negociar y reconciliar.
I called to ask for the washing of my water tank and cistern, they gave me a price. After a while they ask me for my location and say that since it is very far away they will charge me more. In the first place they did not respect the price that they put themselves, and when I told him this, he got angry, I canceled the service and hung up on me. It all happened 3 hours after ordering the service, why didn't they tell me at the time so as not to waste my time and look for another company. They would like a course to control anger and to learn to negotiate and reconcile.
