★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALA EXPERIENCIA- Fueron atentos al principio, cuando les pedí una cotización. Lavaron mi sillón, y 2 colchones individuales. No se notó la diferencia en lo absoluto, ni se quitaron las manchas. Y según se secaban en 6hrs aprox, y tardaron 48hrs. Pero lo PEOR de todo, fue que uno de los colchones quedó oliendo HORRIBLE, después de que lo lavaron, cuando ninguno de los muebles olían feo antes. Los contacté para ver si pudieran revisar qué fue lo que sucedió, y NUNCA respondieron ni a mis mensajes o llamadas. Cobraron $1000 pesos, y me echaron a perder mi colchón. TERRIBLE SERVICIO.
BAD EXPERIENCE- They were attentive at first, when I asked for a quote. They washed my couch, and 2 individual mattresses. There was no difference at all, nor were the stains removed. And as they dried in 6hrs approx, and took 48hrs. But worst of all, one of the mattresses was left smelling HORRIBLE, after it was washed, when none of the furniture smelled ugly before. I contacted them to see if they could check what happened, and they NEVER responded to my messages or calls. They charged $ 1000 pesos, and they spoiled my mattress. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
