★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por encargó no me gustó para nada, lleve mi colcha a lavar con su respectivo suavizante y detergente y el día de entrega no me regresaron el detergente ni el suavizante, pregunté por dichas cosas y dijeron que no sabían nada por qué no había nada y mis cosas estaban marcadas... Cuándo llegué a mi casa me di cuenta que mi colcha no olía a nada de suavizante, ya no entendí si le echaron mi suavizante o se lo quedaron para hacer negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general es un buen servicio, solo que todo esta programado, esta última vez fallo y estuve cerca de media hora con mi ropa mojada esperando a que se solucionará, sin saber que hacer solo me decían que estaban trabando en eso, en realidad lo más desagradable fue qué no me dieron la información y yo no sabía si tendría que regresar a casa con mi ropa mojada. Mal por eso.
