Yo no tenía problema alguno, pero desde que cambiaron el nombre a "Lavalux".Nunca avisaron que se perderían mis puntos que llevaba acumulados, los cuales eran bastantes, y simplemente me dijeron que ya no los iba a poder recuperar y además me hicieron comprar una tarjeta nueva, de ahí en fuera, las señoritas siempre me han atendido muy bien, son muy atentas y serviciales, el servicio es muy recomendable, pero espero que los responsables den una solución a esta problemática.
