★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company for their express service. Was promised a 7PM pick up time then a 8:30 PM pick up due to traffic. At that point they confirmed I could leave it with my hotel receptionist, gave the name of who would pick it up and told me it would be picked up there if I could no longer wait. I went out to dinner (at around 8:45 since the second pick up time was missed) not thinking much more came home late and attempted to confirm drop off at around 1AM. No response. I then messaged again at about 7:30 AM no response. Finally I called down to my hotel receptionist and they confirmed it was NEVER even picked up. A total waste of my time and completely unprofessional. For a company that claims to be 24/7 My WhatsApp messages have not been addressed. Completely unreliable.
