★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was awesome! I called the business and within 30 minutes a guy in a motorcycle picked up my laundry( 9:00 A.M. )at my hotel. I wasn’t expecting my laundry till the following day, but to my surprise, it was dropped off at seven in the evening the same day! I highly recommend this place. They are fast, affordable, and convenient! Thank you for making my trip to Guadalajara much more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd say this place was fairly easy to deal with as the staff was friendly enough. The only issue we had was that they delivered the clothes without the duffle bag in which it was dropped off. It took two days and several messages to retrieve it. Also, we may have gotten someone else's towel as the one we recieved was different than the one given to them to be washed. They are good for someone who is not in a hurry or if it's a last resort. I don't think I's send anything expensive to be washed there for fear of losing it or damage.
