J	Jesus Carreon Mireles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lavadora demoro casi 2 horas porque se fue el agua y no podía terminar su ciclo, además que la atención es vergonzosa, quiero decir tener que esperar a que la señorita ponga las 'fichas' a la lavadora? entiendo que personas dejan su ropa para que ellas la laven pero la prioridad es la atencion al cliente, además que andan 'sin uniforme' y quien tenia chaleco azul solo me mandaba al mostrador, donde no había nadie, entiendo que quieran llevar un control sobre la lavanderia pero, ¿esperar a que ellas pongan las fichas? ¡solo son fichas! además que en un momento fui al sanitario y no había luz, y como dije, no había agua, es molesto que una lavanderia de ese tamaño tuviera tan mal servicio. -Ni siquiera espero mejoren, solo cambiaré de lavandería aunqe tenga que ir lejos de mi casa. A washing machine took almost 2 hours because the water ran out and it could not finish its cycle, besides the attention is embarrassing, I mean having to wait for the lady to put the 'chips' in the washing machine? I understand that people leave their clothes for them to wash but the priority is customer service, besides that they are 'without a uniform' and who had a blue vest only sent me to the counter, where there was no one, I understand that they want to keep a check on the laundry, but wait for them to put in the chips? They are just tokens! Besides, at one point I went to the bathroom and there was no light, and as I said, there was no water, it is annoying that a laundry of that size had such poor service. -I do not even hope they improve, I will only change the laundry even though I have to go far from my house.
