★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia que he recibido. La dueña del negocio muy grosera y despota. Se me quedó olvidada ropa, así que fui a preguntar amablemente si habían recogido algo al cerrar. Las empleadas me contestaron de mala forma que ese no era su problema y tenía que acudir con la dueña. Cosa que hice posteriormente y la dueña me contestó muy grosera y despota que no era su culpa y que no tenía nada. Hay formas de explicar las cosas y esas personas no son nada amables.
It is the worst experience I have received. The owner of the business very rude and despotic. I forgot my clothes, so I went to ask nicely if they had picked up anything at closing. The employees answered me in a bad way that that was not their problem and I had to go to the owner. Which I did later and the owner replied very rudely and despoticly that it was not her fault and that she had nothing. There are ways to explain things and those people are not kind at all.
