★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arruinaron la ropa, le di oportunidad de encontrar una solución y en lugar de hacer algo al respecto me dijeron que mejor me encuentre otra lavandería. Por su culpa tuve que tirar ropa a la basura porque, no se si en el lavado o en el proceso siguiente a eso, me mancharon la ropa con grasa. Estoy 100% segura que fueron ellos porque cheque toda mi ropa antes de llevarla para identificar las eventuales manchas y no había, regreso por mi ropa y toda manchada, tanto de plumón (???) como de grasa. Pésimo servicio!!!
They ruined my clothes, I gave them the opportunity to find a solution and instead of doing something about it they told me that I better find another laundry. Because of him, I had to throw clothes in the trash because, I do not know if in the washing or in the process after that, my clothes were stained with grease. I am 100% sure that it was them because I checked all my clothes before taking it to identify the possible spots and there was no, I return for my clothes and all stained, both down (???) and fat. Terrible service!!!
