Solicite que pudieran venderme una bolsa para poder poner mi ropa y me comentaron que no podian venderme, realmente se han convertido en una empresa grosera y ya sus clientes no son importantes para ellos nos tratan como si ellos nos estuvieran haciendo un favor y no al contrario... Tengo mas de un año siendo cliente semanal frecuente y no puede ser que despues de darle tanto a su empresa me contesten tan groseramente td y por su misma dueña. Terrible service. I asked that they could sell me a bag to put my clothes on and they told me that they could not sell me, they have really become a rude company and their customers are not important to them, they treat us as if they were doing us a favor and not the other way around. ... El precio por unidad es muy bueno y el equipo es fácil de usar, las encargadas del sitio son muy amables y pacientes al enseñarte como usar el equipo si es tu primera vez en el lugar. Todo se maneja por tarjeta de membresía, ahí se abona cierta cantidad, pasas tú tarjeta y se activa la lavadora/secadora, bastante fácil a decir verdad. Ademas con cada uso de tu tarjeta vas acumulando puntos lo cual puedes canjear por una carga de lavada. Las reglas son las mismas que en cualquier lavandería, no lavar ropa de mascotas, no utilizar otro jabón más que líquido y respetar las cosas de los demás. Gente lavando ropa de mascotas, tennis!!!!, las lavadoras ya están lastimadas, el baño no sirve bien, las Chicas encargadas tienen que limpiar cada 10 minutos y haciendo maravillas para que funcione todo.... Muchos niños corriendo y destruyendo el lugar... Hay que venir con mucha paciencia o suerte para que sea tranquilo. There is no control, one person can use up to 8 washing machines at a time ... Una hora aproximadamente y ya tienes la ropa limpia y seca. Los encargados del lugar son hamables, mantienen el lugar limpio y te brindan la asesoría que nesecitas para usar los equipos correctamente. Good place to wash any day of the week, especially if you are a visitor and cannot wait as long as in a traditional laundry. An hour or so and you have your clothes clean and dry. The managers of the place are friendly, keep the place clean and give you the advice you need to use the equipment correctly.

La señorita muy de mala gana. Jamás volveré! Prefiero ir a una más lejana pero que atiendan bien. Ni que fueran la única opción.
