★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST loundry experience ever. Almost all of our white clothes were discolored and totally ruined. They said it was our fault, our clothes already looked like this before they washed them. Absolutely no compensation for our damage, neither money refund for the loundry nor even a sincere apology.
If you're thinking about doing your loundry there, it saves time and money to just throw away your loved clothes right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use this laundry service they steal your clothes! They stole my boyfriend’s t shirt that he got when in Vietnam. It was a very distinctive t shirt and we saw a member of staff from the laundry place cycling past us with the t shirt on today. Bad karma they don’t deserve the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took two days to finish our laundry. We kept going back and they would say "Al Rato" come back later. When we finally got them to give it to us, we were missing items. We had to push hard to get them back. Unprofessional and thieves to boot. DO NOT GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please...please...please....you're better off throwing your clothes in the trash....I was in the car when my husband went in and dropped off our clothes while I was reading the bad reviews, am so mad I didnt go in and stopped him from leaving our clothes in this place. I have used laundry service in Mexico before and loved going back home with all clothes clean. But this place has absolutely no clue as to how do laundry. My teen ager does the laundry back home and does a much better job. They colors appear to have been washed with clorox. Even our new clothes looked like they had been worn 1000 times. The whites looked yellow....I am so angry we took our clothes to this place. New bathing suit ruined....HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW HOW TO WASH CLOTHES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. We brought things on Saturday morning. They said pick up at 8 pm. We arrived on Sunday evening -not ready, Monday morning- not ready and finally Monday evening. Only the third time we could get our things back. Put in a bag messy. I asked to talk to manager, they turn backwards and walk away, I couldn’t leave a complaint. I don’t understand why should we take a car and drive extra 2 times so they say it’s not ready. 3 days delay! The worst communication and service. No respect to a customer! Who know how to contact manager let me know, I would love to talk to him/her!
