★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware: any expensive clothes will not make it back to you! I came to pick up my clothes and my designer brand clothes were mysteriously “missing” from my clean laundry. When I confronted the workers, they were dismissive and rolled their eyes at me, accused me of not dropping those clothes off, but somehow they knew what clothes I “didn't drop off.” They lied to my face. They invited me in to look for myself for my clothes, and this is only part of the mess I saw. Totally unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly knew there was nothing I could do. If you read the reviews, this has happened to others, so they know the client is powerless to do anything. Hire at your own risk!
