★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es buena, pero el servicio no, mandé a lavar mis sábanas y edredones porque tuve visitas y llevaron gatos y me entregaron mi ropa limpia pero aún con pelo. Nunca me había pasado. Regularmente cuando mando a lavar mi ropa me la entregan súper limpia.
Su argumento fue que no tienen la máquina para quitar el pelaje, pero creo que eso deben de decir cuánto uno manda la ropa y cotiza, no al final en la entrega.
The customer service is good, but the service is not, I had my sheets and duvets washed because I had visitors and they brought cats and they gave me my clean clothes but still with hair. It never happened to me. Regularly when I send my clothes to wash they are delivered to me super clean.
Their argument was that they do not have the machine to remove the fur, but I think that should say how much one sends the clothes and quotes, not at the end of the delivery.
