No te dejan poner ni los 6 kilos que las lavadoras soportan, solo te dejan poner como 4 kilos máximo 5 kilos. Te atienden de mala gana. No vayan a esta lavandería el servicio es pésimo. Terrible service. Those who are attending treat you as if they did not want to help you. They do not let you put even the 6 kilos that the washing machines support, they only let you put as 4 kilos maximum 5 kilos. They treat you reluctantly. Do not go to this laundry service is terrible.

Las lavadoras son de 6kg pero exageran tanto que parece que quieren que les pongas sólo de a 3kg. Su atención al cliente es realmente deplorable. Son la peor lavandería que hay, no la recomiendo nada, ni a mi peor enemigo Terrible service. Since you arrive, they treat you as if they did not want to attend you. The washing machines are 6kg but they exaggerate so much that it seems they want you to put them on only 3kg. Your customer service is really deplorable. No vuelvo a intentar con otra lavandería que no sea esta. In the laundromat across the street (the one in Plaza del Bodega Aurrera) they spoiled my clothes and here they saved them. I will not try again with another laundry other than this one.

No quieren entregar mi ropa extravié mi ticket muestro fotos y dicen que con la copia del INE en donde dice eso o publicado es increíble que sean tan poco empaticos Evil!!!! Solo quería decirles que me encanta como dejan la ropa, deje un par de camisas blancas para blanqueamiento y las dejaron como nuevas. El servicio de tintoreria es impecable. Gracias! PD: deberían de tener tarjetas de cliente frecuente. Hello good afternoon! I just wanted to tell you that I love how they hold clothes, I left a couple of white shirts for whitening and they made them look like new. The dry cleaning service is impeccable. Thanks! D	Daniel Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modifiquen su horario, según cierran a las 08 pm pero paso 07:45 pm y ya esta cerrado. 3 veces en la semana me ha pasado y no he podido recoger mis prendas. Mejor vayan a la lavanderia de enfrente, junto a Bodega Aurrera cierran a las 09 pm y cumplen con su horario. Modify your schedule, as they close at 08 pm but it's 07:45 pm and it's already closed. 3 times in the week it has happened to me and I have not been able to pick up my clothes. Better go to the laundromat across the street, next to Bodega Aurrera they close at 9 pm and keep to their schedule.
G	GIGI LEES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy clienta de ustedes desde hace un par de años y me encanta su servicio, hacen de todo y ademas algo que destacar es el servicio para camisas que es impecable. hay veces que las empleadas no son las mas amables pero como han rotado las nuevas que tienen son mejores; algo que destacar es que tienen todos los servicio y con lo que me enamoraron es con el servicio a una chamarra de piel que la dejaron como nueva. Gracias I have been a client of yours for a couple of years and I love your service, they do everything and also something that stands out is the service for shirts that is impeccable. there are times when the employees are not the friendliest but since they have rotated the new ones they have are better; Something to highlight is that they have all the services and what made me fall in love with it is with the service to a leather jacket that left it like new.
