It is a self-service place, so you must go in time to wash your clothes. Very practical and cheaper than regular laundry services.

Nunca respetan el horario de apertura incluso los vecinos te lo dicen, abren cuando quieren y cierran cuando quieren.
Me movi desde el otro lado de Xalapa pagando $120 en total de traslado, espere de 10:30 a 12 y nunca abrieron ni contestaron a ningun cliente y muchos estuvimos llamando
TERRIBLE SERVICE
They never respect the opening hours even the neighbors tell you, they open when they want and close when they want.
I moved from the other side of Xalapa paying $120 in total for the transfer, I waited from 10:30 to 12 and they never opened or answered any client and many of us were calling
