★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio vía WhatsApp, tardan en contestar, no te dan la atención debida, repites las cosas más de una vez, a pesar de ser por mensaje y poder leer lo solicitado, solicite un servicio de tintorería y por la falta de atención a través de la red WhatsApp, me encogieron el saco, volví a solicitar informes para unos tenis y nunca respondieron, realmente no los recomiendo
Terrible service via WhatsApp, they take time to answer, they do not give you due attention, you repeat things more than once, despite being by message and being able to read what was requested, request a dry cleaning service and due to the lack of attention through the WhatsApp network, they shrunk my jacket, I asked again for some tennis shoes and they never responded, I really do not recommend them

Me URGE que me hagan la devolución o reembolso del valor de las prendas, al menos háganse responsables de sus errores, el dejar de responder deja mucho que desear de su servicio. Hago el comentario publico para que las todos vean el pésimo e irresponsable servicio que brindan.
Por lo general leo que NUNCA SE HACEN REPONSABLES DE SUS ERRORES. Es realmente molesto que existan personas como ustedes.
They lost 3 pants and 1 denim shorts, they stopped responding to me on WhatsApp. I URGE you to return or refund the value of the garments, at least take responsibility for your mistakes, not responding leaves much to be desired from your service. I make the comment public so that everyone can see the lousy and irresponsible service they provide.
I usually read that THEY NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. It's really annoying that people like you exist.
