★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, el horario no es el mismo que ofrecen, dicen que abren a las 8am y justo ahora son las 10 y no hay señal de que vayan a abrir, la gente les da la confianza y ellos la destruyen. Tengo que regresar a mi ciudad y por este tipo de situaciones es que me retraso, no recomiendo este lugar.
 Terrible service, the hours are not the same as they offer, they say they open at 8am and right now it is 10 and there is no sign that they will open, people give them their confidence and they destroy it. I have to go back to my city and because of this type of situation I am late, I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las casi 10 veces que use sus servicios, solo en una ocasión me entregaron la ropa con pelusa. Al parecer no limpiaron el filtro ese día. Por lo demás muy bien. La ropa me la entregaron siempre el día y horario acordado.
Of the almost 10 times I use their services, only once did they give me the clothes with lint. Apparently they did not clean the filter that day. For the all very good. The clothes were always delivered to me on the agreed day and time.

THE CLOTHES WERE DELIVERED VERY WELL PACKAGED .. BUT INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN ON WASHING WITH A SPECIAL SOAP THAT WAS NOT COMPLIED .. BECAUSE THE CLOTHES BLEACHED BY USING POWDER SOAP ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you will loose your stuff! At least if you are a foreigner. We lost three things. And the woman at the counter just said, she is not the boss and we should come back tomorrow. So we went back one day later. Another woman (the boss ?) just said that is must be in the bag, but one day ago we looked through all of the stuff with her employee. The boss not even wanted to search. She just stand there behind the matelbars and said that is not possible. Strange that one of the missing pieces was the only clothing from a big sport brand.
