★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owned and operated by a husband and wife who speak some English. I have them wash and iron. This place is organized! I tried a few other lavanderías but didn't like what I saw or how my clothes came back. I went to Ecoclean because of the good reviews and I'm not disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great service but two things...they can't handle a request to not throw certain pieces in the dryer. Some things can't take it. It's all or absolutely nothing with them. Second....lost so many face masks to that place.... betting they have quite the collection now. Grrrrrrrr .

They don’t offer ironing but fold clothes very nicely, and white clothes lose their shiny white even though they do wash whites separately (might be because of the water quality in tulum that’s not fully clear).
All in all probably best you can get in Tulum if you don’t have a washer of yourself ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and flexible staff. We had to get our laundry done before we left Tulum and we reached their place late in the evening around 6 pm. Though with hesitation they agreed to give our laundry back by 8 am next day. If you are in Tulum and would want to get laundry done, I would highly recommend this place.
