★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio de la maquinas pero las encargadas muy desinteresadas al servicio al cliente, responden de mala gana si alguien les pregunta algo, no tienen cambio y no les interesa ayudarte… la máquina con la que recargas solo acepta billetes nuevos o no arrugados, batallas para el cambio.
Cuidado con su jabón o suavizante, me descuide unos minutos y me robaron mi suavizante nuevo.
Very good service from the machines but the managers are very disinterested in customer service, they respond reluctantly if someone asks them something, they do not have change and are not interested in helping you... the machine with which you recharge only accepts new or non-crumpled bills, battles for the change.
Be careful with your soap or fabric softener, I was careless for a few minutes and my new fabric softener was stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría. Sus lavadoras no funcionan, se tragan los créditos y la señora que atiende no te hace reembolso. La máquina para meter créditos no agarra los billetes y ella te dice que en mostrador solo puedes recargar con tarjeta.
Podría ser grosero pero no vale la pena. Simplemente es mucha ineptitud por su parte.
If I could give zero stars I would. Their washing machines do not work, they swallow the credits and the lady who attends does not give you a refund. The machine to put credits does not take the bills and she tells you that at the counter you can only recharge with a card.
It could be rude but it's not worth it. It's just a lot of ineptitude on your part.
