★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi ropa a lavar el viernes 19 de febrero de 2021, cuando voy a recogerla el lunes, iba a estar para el viernes mismo pero no tuve tiempo de ir a buscarla, en mi casa me encuentro con la no grata sorpresa de que había ropa que no era mía, mezclada con mi ropa, para peor esta ropa eran calzones de mujer y calcetines, en plena pandemia lavan mi ropa con la de otra personas? Y encima ropa interior? Una vergüenza. Fui a llevar esta ropa que no era mía, y a explicar lo que había pasado, la empleada me dice: “cómo creés?” Me pidió y anotó mi número de teléfono, dijo que iba a llamar a otra sucursal en donde habían lavado mi ropa, y esto es porque anteriormente y por poco tiempo llevaban la ropa a otro lugar porque tenían rota la secadora, pero cuando fui a llevar la ropa me dijeron que ya estaba arreglada la secadora y que en el mismo día iban a lavar la ropa ahí misma y a tenerla lista. Realmente me siento muy enojada con esta situación. No me pidieron ni una disculpa ni siquiera la decencia de llamarme por teléfono. Jamás voy a volver a llevar mi ropa a lavar a este lugar. Es una vergüenza y una falta de higiene total.

I really feel very angry about this situation. They didn't ask me for an apology or even the decency to call me on the phone. I will never take my clothes to wash again in this place. It is a shame and a total lack of hygiene.
