★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no confíen su ropa y para nada les dejen a lavar sus prendas.
Tienen un horario establecido y no lo respetan!!
Deje mi ropa, les explique que la requería para el mismo día porque salía de viaje (no soy de la ciudad) llego a recogerla y resulta que está cerrado, nadie sabe de la persona encargada y no cuenta con teléfono para marcarles.
Soy de Xalapa y ahora tendré que hacer mi gasto extra (que es bastante) para venir algún otro día por mi ropa.
Les pregunté a qué hora cerraban, me dijeron a las 8pm, me dijeron a las 7pm ya está la ropa, llegué 7:30pm y está cerrado!!
No puede ser...
 Terrible service, don't trust your clothes and don't let them wash your clothes at all.
They have a set schedule and they don't respect it !!
I left my clothes, explained to them that I required them for the same day because I was going on a trip (I am not from the city) I arrive to pick them up and it turns out that it is closed, nobody knows who is in charge and they do not have a telephone to dial them.
I am from Xalapa and now I will have to make my extra expense (which is a lot) to come some other day for my clothes.
I asked them what time they closed, they told me at 8pm, they told me at 7pm the clothes are ready, I arrived at 7:30 pm and it is closed !!
