Llego a recoger mi ropa el domingo casi a la una de la tarde y no estaba lista; me dicen que a las dos regresara. Regreso a las dos, y aún no estaba lista la ropa. Tuve que esperar más de media hora afuera del negocio para que me entregaran la ropa, y como de costumbre la entregaron húmeda. No es la primera vez que incumplen o que entregan la ropa húmeda. Ni modo, a buscar otro lugar aunque esté más lejos.
They are friendly, but unfulfilled. I went yesterday Saturday to leave clothes and they asked me if I wanted them for the same day or for Sunday; I told them for Sunday. I arrive to pick up my clothes on Sunday almost at one in the afternoon and it was not ready; They tell me to return at two. I return at two, and the clothes were not yet ready. I had to wait more than half an hour outside the store for my clothes to be delivered, and as usual they were delivered wet. It is not the first time that they fail to comply or that they deliver wet clothes. No way, to find another place even if it is further away.
