★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely avoid this laundry if you don’t want to lose a part of your clothes, your money and your time !
We came a first time to get our clothes and they couldn’t find it. When they finally find them they told us they were not ready yet. Ok then we came back the next day. And guess what? They lost 1 t shirt, socks and underwear and we found a mask that wasn’t belong to us inside the bag. We came back again to notice them this lost they don’t care at all. It seems like a real mess over there they don’t even put your names on your bag of clothes they only write the number of kilos so anyone could get easily your clothes. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave bad reviews but this is not a good laundry service. Clothes took two days (normal in Mazunte seems to be 1) but more importantly the clothes came back with horrible sticky white almost waxy feeling deposits on them. See pic - those items are black for reference. Super strong smelling too. They are dirtier than when I brought them in. The people here are nice, but sorry this is not a good laundry service. Really sorry to leave a bad review but these cannot be considered clean!
