Mi targeta la pedí en la lavandería que esta a lado de mi tienda del ahorro en morelos y no tuve ningún problema con eso. La maquina para hacerle recarga a la targeta no da cambio por lo que aconsejo meter de billetes de a 20 pesos. En general muy satisfactorio.
