★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el PEOR lugar para enviar su ropa a lavado. Me estropearon dos piezas y no se hicieron responsables. Creo que el mejor castigo no es PROFECO sino el perder un cliente y correr la voz del MAL servicio. Considérenlo antes de enviar sus artículos ahí.
It is the WORST place to send your clothes to the wash. They damaged two pieces and were not responsible. I think the best punishment is not PROFECO but losing a customer and spreading the word of BAD service. Please consider it before submitting your articles there.
