Brought our clothes on a Saturday to pick them up Monday afternoon. At afternoon we were told it wasn't ready, would be ready by 8. Arrived at 8, the lady was gone, only her little kids were there. We decided to take all clothes wet and dirty with us as this place is just a joke.
