Absolutely terrible. Four years using lavanderías with no big issues. Sure sometimes they have to close early or my clothes weren't dry yet and I had to come back later...it happens. I've just moved and this is the only one near my house. She charges a little more than any others...but might have been worth it if she hadn't screwed up. I feel badly as she's a young woman with a child. Her electricity was turned off because she didn't pay her bill. She says it's because they didn't give her a bill (duh...she had two months to figure that out!!!) Sigh, still could have excused her. She left a sign that she would return between 5-6 to accept and return clothes. My ticket was for 5pm. I waited over an hour for her to return. Finally a few minutes after 6 she arrived. I paid for my clothes and THEN, she tells me they are still a little damp. Does not apologize or reduce the price. By now it is after 6 and no sun to dry them. I get home and unpack them to drape them around the house. They are more than "a little damp' and have been squashed in the large bag (which I provided) so long that they were wet AND horrible wrinkled. For the next few weeks, I am going to look like like I slept in my clothes. If she had apologized or only charged me for a wash, I could have been okay. But nothing! I don't know how the others felt (some gave up and left when she didn't show up when she said she would and also wouldn't answer her phone). I left frustrated, angry and did not leave the other bag I brought to be washed. Even if I have to walk 10 minutes carrying 5-6 kilos of dirty clothes, I will return to my old service. She lost my business for sure.
