I recently bought the trench coat for my birthday, I took it to the dry cleaners and they destroyed the buckles on the main band and on the sleeves. It was unusable, it only had one wear. ? When I went for the trench coat they didn't give me the tapes or tell me anything, until I realized that I didn't have them and came back, they just gave them to me and they commented that they had tried to paste them?
